Check in is at 3:00 pm. Check out is at: 11:00 am. If you need to make other arrangements please contact us.

The minimum length of stay for our guests is two nights.

The maximum length of stay for our guests is four nights.

No smoking is allowed inside the Casita suites. Please use our designated outdoor smoking areas.

The Crestone Casitas are Cannabis Friendly

Deposit required to reserve a room

No pets are allowed at the Casitas. Please be aware there are several animals on the property including; dogs, cats, chickens and geese.

The deposit required to confirm a reservation at the crestone casitas is half of the total amount of the stay.

cancelation policy

Please be certain of your dates and commitment to staying at the crestone casitas. We are located in a very rural area, so finding new guests to fill cancellations can be very challenging. For this reason we have a strict cancelation policy. If you need to change your reservation, please contact us as soon as you can. If you cancel your reservation with us 7 days or more before your reservation, your deposit will be refundable minus a 20% service fee.

If you cancel your reservation within 7 days your you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the entire reservation.
